About Stanford Medicine Children's Health

Stanford Medicine Children’s Health is the largest health care system in the San Francisco Bay Area—and one of the few in the country—exclusively dedicated to pediatric and obstetric care. Our physicians and health care teams offer comprehensive clinical services, from treatments for rare and complex conditions to well-child care. With Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford at the center of a network with more than 65 locations across the Bay Area and 85 locations in the U.S. Western region, our patients can access world-class care close to home.

We’re honored to be one of just 10 children’s hospitals nationwide, and the only one in Northern California, to be named on the 2022–23 U.S. News & World Report Best Children’s Hospitals Honor Roll for the third consecutive year. We’re also once again ranked as the No. 2 children’s hospital in the Pacific region.
